Rest assured, we take full responsibility for any manufacturing defects, and in such cases, we will rectify the situation promptly.
To ensure the perfect fit, we provide detailed sizing and measurement guides before purchase, and thus, we do not accept returns due to size issues.
Cancelation of an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase only if item has not yet shipped. Once you place your order for handmade items , we work diligently to start production on your design. Please remember, we are not a manufacturer. most items are hand made as they are ordered. Once fabrics are purchased and once production has started on your order, your refund will be denied. Therefore, it is essential to be sure of your order prior to placing it. If you have any questions in regards to refund policy, please ask prior to purchase.
In the unlikely event that we cannot reach a mutual resolution, we offer exchanges for items within our shop. Please note that depending on the reason for return, customers may be responsible for return and restocking fees.
