Women’s Weaving Circle — Dallas, Texas
Date: May 17
Time: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Investment: $147
A 4-hour immersive weaving experience rooted in ancestral practice and intentional creation. Participants construct a large-scale 17” textile portrait using burlap, yarn, and beads through the Flow Method.
This is not a casual craft session. It is a focused, meditative process that trains patience, precision, and presence. Each movement of the thread becomes a decision. Each color becomes language. The piece holds what is placed into it.
What is included:
- 17” embroidery hoop
- Burlap foundation
- Yarn (varied tones and textures)
- Beads and adornments
- Needles, thread, tools
- Guided instruction through the Flow Method
- Food and herbal teas
- Curated environment designed for stillness and creative depth
What is created:
A finished or near-finished 17' large textile portrait that reflects internal state through form, texture, and symbolism.

Structure:
- Grounding and intention setting
- Introduction to materials and technique
- Guided weaving and construction
- Independent creation with support
- Closing integration
The outcome is not replication. Each piece emerges distinct. The process reorganizes attention, slows internal noise, and builds tolerance for detail and completion.
